Jurek DOME 2 P tent

Freestanding double-wall tent with two entrances and trapezoidal floor plan. Thanks to the 3 pole crossings the tent is suitable for the most demanding conditions. It can be used also during winter. For this purpose, we recommend sewing "snow flaps" at the edge of the flysheet.

The inner tent is sewn with the floor and hung on the frame poles with help of hooks and ropes. The vents on the inner tent are with the shrink sleeves (with dense mosquito-net). The airy & dense mosquito-net in entrances enables ventilation & protection against small insects.

The flysheet is put over the frame and anchored with the help of buckles at the poles ends. The flysheet forms two vestibules in front of the inner entrances. There are two air vents at the top of the flysheet. The tent has 3 anchorage points in the middle of the flysheet walls. Additionally, ropes can be fastened directly to the poles through 6 small sleeves on the flysheet. Cords and pegs are included with the tent. Hint: In difficult condition bigger stones, logs, etc. can be used to anchor the ropes to the tent surroundings.

There is a 6 cm gap between the inner tent and the flysheet. The gap improves thermal comfort, ventilation and reduces condensation. The size of the gap can be adjusted by loosening or tightening of the inner tent ropes.

Features: 1. Anchoring through the sleeves at the edges directly to the poles increases tent stability. 2. Solid and fast anchoring of the lower corners with ITWbuckles, backed up by the elastic webbings with triangles. 3. Well-proven covered vents with tightening sleeves controllable from inside. 4. Tightening sleeve ventilation of the inner tent. 5. At the bottom corner of the flysheet and at the corresponding corner of the floor there are reflective stripes to facilitate set up of the tent, especially at night. 6. Well-tested hanging of the inner tent with ropes and hooks makes set up easier.   COLOURS: olive green  petrol green  blue  yellow

This model is also made of the lightweight flysheet fabric in cedar green color.
In this case, the total weight of the tent without the collar is 3,25 kg.
